What to Expect from ThermiTight in San Diego
ThermiTight is performed in our operating suite using local anesthesia, with sedation offered when appropriate. The procedure allows radiofrequency energy to tighten skin and is often done alongside fat removal in the treated area. Bruising and swelling are normal and most noticeable during the first 3 to 7 days, then gradually improve. Patients typically resume light activities the following day.

Dr. Goldman is amazing! I came here for my permanent eyeliner removal (which is not offered anywhere near me), and they are completely removed in just one session. They use a special contact lens to protect your eyes from the laser, and there are no damages to my eyelashes. The healing was also nice and smooth. They have everything you need. I live almost 3 hours away, but it was totally worth the trip. For anyone who is looking to remove their permanent makeup, this is the right place to go :)-

While Thermi RF technology plays a key role in tightening lax skin, optimal neck contouring often requires more than skin tightening alone. For this reason, ThermiSculpt³ commonly incorporates microliposculpture to address excess submental fat and refine overall shape.
This integrated treatment approach allows skin tightening and contour refinement to work together, resulting in more balanced, noticeable results. When appropriate, dermal fillers or biostimulators may be included to support structural definition.
